About the role

  • Responsible for providing support in advancing key deliverables focused on advancing communication around disease state, therapeutic management, and overall product value.
  • Supports lightspeed clinical trial execution through working collaboratively with core medical and development functions.
  • Builds relationships with KOLs and other external stakeholders to gather medical insights.
  • Identifies appropriate research methods and prioritization of evidence generation activities.
  • Supports the development and execution of an integrated evidence plans.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD) in a related medical field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in global medical affairs and/or clinical development in a pharmaceutical or biotech organization.
  • Experience and understanding of biopharmaceutical drug development.
  • Oncology clinical development or Medical Affairs experience needed; relevant academic and clinical Oncology experience will be considered.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to think strategically with a collaborative mindset and a proven track record of working effectively in diverse teams involving complex multi-functional disciplines.
