About the role

  • Provide robust strategic, operational, and budgetary support to the MEI organization.
  • Lead efforts on behalf of the MEI Team Lead to establish/optimize/evolve the team.
  • Independently lead implementation of new ways of working for US Medical Affairs.
  • Serve as key point of coordination and communication between MEI, US Medical Affairs, and other key partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance to MEI colleagues focused on high priority projects.
  • Represent the MEI organization in cross-functional forums.
  • Lead budget management and Strategic/Operating Plan development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree (e.g., masters) highly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years with Master’s degree.
  • Strong Decision-Making skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to lead/strategic development.
  • Full knowledge and understanding of all relevant applicable SOPs.
  • Proven track record for implementation of projects of strategic importance, on time and within budget.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Project Management, Business Operations.
  • Previous people management experience preferred.
