About the role
- Provide robust strategic, operational, and budgetary support to the MEI organization.
- Lead efforts on behalf of the MEI Team Lead to establish/optimize/evolve the team.
- Independently lead implementation of new ways of working for US Medical Affairs.
- Serve as key point of coordination and communication between MEI, US Medical Affairs, and other key partners.
- Provide strategic guidance to MEI colleagues focused on high priority projects.
- Represent the MEI organization in cross-functional forums.
- Lead budget management and Strategic/Operating Plan development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree (e.g., masters) highly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years with Master’s degree.
- Strong Decision-Making skills.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to lead/strategic development.
- Full knowledge and understanding of all relevant applicable SOPs.
- Proven track record for implementation of projects of strategic importance, on time and within budget.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Project Management, Business Operations.
- Previous people management experience preferred.
