About the role
- Partner with Franchise, Value Strategy Leads, USMA, Finance, Analytics, National Accounts and cKAD teams
- Develop and implement innovative provider pricing and contracting strategies
- Lead modeling to support brand financial management and senior leadership endorsement of pricing and contracting strategies
- Develop mid- to long-term ASP forecasts
- Support decision-making for various payer/provider contracting scenarios
- Evaluate ROIs of contracts
- Lead performance tracking leveraging both IQVIA and chargeback data
Requirements
- 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience with a strong preference for those with Market Access or Contracting experience
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other graduate degree preferred
- Financial modeling and forecasting experience required
- Knowledge of US buy-and-bill marketplace, ASP-based reimbursement, and key value chain players
- Advanced Excel modeling capabilities
