About the role

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to maximize the effectiveness of the global organization.
  • Lead key initiatives and programs related to GH&B internal colleague engagement.
  • Manage and optimize global Sharepoint, Viva Engage, OnMessage, and related internal channels.
  • Ensure organizational changes are communicated regularly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a system to capture recognition and drive participation in internal programs.
  • Support GH&B meeting and governance needs on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Draft internal and external leader communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, English, social sciences, business/economics, healthcare/pre-med, or related fields
  • 7 years experience in commercial/marketing, manufacturing, communications, HR/Px, or business operations
  • Excellent strategic thinking, writing, editing, storytelling skills
  • Experience leading successful internal communications or colleague engagement initiatives and programs
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sound judgment under pressure.
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
