About the role
- Responsible for shaping the strategic and commercial trajectory of full lifecycle initiatives across the Global Hospital & Biosimilars portfolio
- End‑to‑end accountability for lifecycle opportunity development
- Develop integrated commercial development strategies that articulate investment rationale
- Partner with Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders
- Represent lifecycle initiatives in governance forums and drive project-based ways of working
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (PhD, PharmD, MBA, etc.) Preferred
- 12+ years of broad pharmaceutical experience in commercial/Manufacturing/Finance/operations/strategy
- Strong self-starter with a proven track record of delivering results in complex and matrixed environment
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
- Develop and coach others
- Demonstrated ability to shape and defend business cases and guide investment decisions across multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, regulatory, and commercialization considerations
