- Strengthening commercial performance across assigned markets
- Close partnership with commercial leaders to understand analytical and best practice needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; or a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; or a PhD with 1+ years of experience
- Experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry with strong history of achievement and performance
- Proven ability to lead a team to accomplish organizational commitments and goals
- Understanding and expertise in the Hospital & Biosimilar markets
- Demonstrated development and implementation of large continuous improvement initiatives leading to improved operational and financial results
- Strong leadership skills; experience influencing and leading highly effective teams in a complex, fluid and multidisciplinary, matrix environment without formal authority
- Excellent verbal/written communication, listening and presentation skills
- Evidence of strong influence/negotiation prowess and relationship management capabilities
