About the role
- Serve as a 'player/coach' with the ability to manage their individual Triad responsibilities
- Analyzing, interpreting, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Developing and recommending pricing/contracting strategies and alternatives for assigned portfolio
- Supporting the Go-To-Market process by leading market analyses and developing pricing/strategy recommendations for new product launches
- Driving creation of HBU culture required to support short and long term success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10 years of broad experience in the generic pharmaceutical or related experience/industry with emphasis on strategic and analytical roles
- Strong leadership skills; experience with building and leading highly effective, cross-functional teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the complex generic market including product, contracting, and pricing strategies
- Excellent analytical, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- General understanding of basic government pricing programs related to pharmaceutical products
