About the role

Lead the U.S. Gastroenterology sales team in the Northeast region
Achieve agreed upon sales objectives for Velsipity
Collaborate with marketing, medical, and channel/account management
Monitor pull through success and implement changes in collaboration with partners
Assist in planning and execution of national and regional meetings
Maximize connectivity & presence with key stakeholders
Document growth goals and performance management for team members
Ensure compliant culture at all levels regarding Pfizer policies
Travel 40-50% of the time for meetings and field visits

BA/BS Degree required
15+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
Minimum of three years management experience leading a team
Minimum of three years spent leading a pharmaceuticals sales team and/or developmental role
Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Proven track record of sales performance and meeting organizational goals
Experience managing a diverse team of colleagues with different grades and responsibilities
Proven ability to manage performance and develop talent
