About the role

  • Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and compliance
  • Advise senior leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities, translating business needs into actionable architecture
  • Facilitate architecture governance, standards, and best practices across teams and projects
  • Mentor and guide solution architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Quantify and communicate the business value of architectural decisions
  • Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and change management in support of business outcomes
  • Collaborate with platform engineering, data & AI, and other horizontal teams to ensure cohesive delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud solutions (i.e.: Amazon, Google, Microsoft Azure)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong diplomacy skills; able to navigate a difficult political environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate marketing material into actionable and understandable truth
  • An “execution mindset” focused on getting things done quickly and simply
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more Pfizer core platforms (Adobe AEM, Salesforce)
