About the role
- Lead end-to-end HCP strategy development
- Lead Adcetris campaign and core messaging development
- Provide day-to-day oversight of HCP marketing activities
- Support development of Strategic and Tactical Plan
- Lead field-force related deployment decisions
- Work with Adcetris Key Accounts Marketer on GPO promotional strategy
- Understand the clinical development strategy for the brand
- Own HCP agency relationship and budget management
- Evaluate and prioritize new promotional delivery methods
- Guide end-to-end strategic development of sales force training materials
Requirements
- BA or BS required
- 8+ years of pharma experience
- Substantial commercial and execution experience
- Project and cross-functional team management skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
