About the role

  • Support evaluation of partnership opportunities
  • Contribute to financial modeling and commercial assessments
  • Prepare data-driven deal summaries for governance
  • Support partnership processes for alternative or DTC channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Enablement, Legal, Finance, Portfolio Leads)
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead Joint Steering Committee and subcommittee coordination for existing partnership
  • Manage onboarding, access setup, and compliance-training tracking for partnership personnel
  • Consolidate KPI reporting and business review inputs, and flag performance risks with mitigation recommendations
  • Develop a view of potential partners and commercialization models
  • Prepare slides, dashboards, and senior leadership updates
  • Document and share learnings from partnership activities

Requirements

  • BA/BS in business, life sciences, finance, or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, or commercial operations within life sciences or healthcare
  • Analytical capabilities including financial modeling, due diligence preparation, or competitive benchmarking
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Strong written communication and PowerPoint skills
  • MBA/MS in health economics, business, or related field with 10+ years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 7+ years of experience (nice-to-have)
  • Experience supporting out-licensing, co-commercialization, or asset-transfer transactions (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge of mature brand strategy or tail portfolio management (nice-to-have)
  • Interest in emerging U.S. Commercial business models.
