About the role
- Support evaluation of partnership opportunities
- Contribute to financial modeling and commercial assessments
- Prepare data-driven deal summaries for governance
- Support partnership processes for alternative or DTC channels
- Collaborate with internal teams (Enablement, Legal, Finance, Portfolio Leads)
- Track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead Joint Steering Committee and subcommittee coordination for existing partnership
- Manage onboarding, access setup, and compliance-training tracking for partnership personnel
- Consolidate KPI reporting and business review inputs, and flag performance risks with mitigation recommendations
- Develop a view of potential partners and commercialization models
- Prepare slides, dashboards, and senior leadership updates
- Document and share learnings from partnership activities
Requirements
- BA/BS in business, life sciences, finance, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, or commercial operations within life sciences or healthcare
- Analytical capabilities including financial modeling, due diligence preparation, or competitive benchmarking
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong written communication and PowerPoint skills
- MBA/MS in health economics, business, or related field with 10+ years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 7+ years of experience (nice-to-have)
- Experience supporting out-licensing, co-commercialization, or asset-transfer transactions (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of mature brand strategy or tail portfolio management (nice-to-have)
- Interest in emerging U.S. Commercial business models.
