About the role

  • Drive revenue and business growth for Pfizer’s Hospital & Biosimilar Business
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts with national and regional wholesalers
  • Lead business planning and execution for priority wholesale and specialty distributor accounts
  • Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings and ensure product stocking goals are met
  • Negotiate and manage all wholesaler agreements and provide contract management expertise
  • Contribute to sales strategy development and support colleague training on contracts
  • Present and sell Pfizer Hospital Business products and biosimilars
  • Administer dynamic sales programs and maintain effective communication with customers
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for major accounts

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of demonstrated success in business and account management
  • Experience with Wholesale, Distributor, and National Accounts
  • Detailed understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and classes of trade, especially the Multisource Injectables Marketplace & Biosimilars
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Experience and training in pricing and contracts negotiations
  • Established working knowledge of contracts and charge-backs and related systems
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Demonstrated ability to pass background checks including verification of all provided references
