- Drive innovation across manufacturing facilities, ensuring high-quality medicines
- Lead the Network Operations team, safeguarding operations against cyber threats
- Collaborate with leaders to design strategic roadmaps, integrating emerging technologies
- Optimize automation and develop a unified data model for real-time insights
- Align digital and automation lifecycle management with portfolio investments
- Stay ahead of trends and regulatory shifts, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
- Inspire and guide Digital and Technology colleagues and partners
- Serve as the single point of contact for PGS Site Leaders, facilitating collaboration
- Manage critical issues and decisions to restore operations during outages
- Build a culture of excellence and develop talent across the organization
- Ensure Application Support teams meet Recovery Time Objectives and Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- BA or BS in Information Technology, Manufacturing or Business Management, advanced degree strongly preferred
- 12+ years progressive experience leading global organizations
- Experience with large scale / complex global organizations required
- Digital Manufacturing experience required
- Control system automation
- Broad domain expertise across multiple business functions required
- Experience in Manufacturing site operations including the shop floor preferred
- Global cultural awareness required
- Proven Team Leadership and Management Experience
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization
