About the role
- Inspire and guide over 300 Digital and Technology colleagues and external partners
- Serve as the single point of contact for PGS Site Leaders
- Take command of the Digital PGS Network’s response to cybersecurity threats and incidents
- Optimize the entire technology stack—from enterprise systems to automation
- Stay ahead of emerging requirements from internal and external auditors
- Manage expectations, prioritize digital and automation initiatives
- Be the leader who makes bold, immediate decisions to restore operations
- Foster a strong sense of team and develop talent
- Ensure Application Support teams meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- BA or BS in preferred disciplines: Information Technology, Manufacturing or Business Management
- Advanced degree strongly preferred
- 20+ years progressive experience leading global organizations
- Experience with large scale / complex global organizations
- Digital Manufacturing experience required
- Control system automation
- Broad domain expertise across multiple business functions required
