💰 $96,300 - $160,500 per year
About the role
- Manage PX systems and processes to ensure accuracy, simplicity, and continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver clear workforce reporting tailored to business needs
- Introduce technology-driven enhancements and automation to improve PX service delivery
- Track PX service delivery metrics and resolve escalated issues
- Provide timely and practical PX reporting tailored to business needs
- Identify trends in retention, mobility, and engagement, offering targeted recommendations
- Serve as the PX partner for Enabling Functions client groups
- Provide coaching and guidance on workforce planning
- Champion inclusion and engagement in all PX activities
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive PX experience, including exposure to both operations and business partnering
- Proficiency with PXIS platforms (Workday, Visier, etc.) and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proven experience working directly with leaders to influence decisions and support organizational change
