About the role
- Lead strategic thought partnership to the Patient Solutions & Engagement team within Specialty Care (SC)
- Characterizing and quantifying the post-Rx patient journey
- Optimizing the use of data and analytics, crafting actionable solutions
- Develop dashboard frameworks to track post-Rx patient journey performance across specialty brands
- Collaborate with patient access and reimbursement teams to interpret data, assess gaps, and refine strategies
- Provide actionable recommendations to the Patient Support Lead and broader specialty care teams
Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years in consulting, finance, market analytics, or market access roles
- Defined involvement in helping frame, design & execute solutions for challenging business situations
- Experience working with HUB/SP data and/or knowledge of HUB/SP patient flows and dynamics
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
