Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the subject matter expert on all of Pexip's products and technologies
• Develop into the customer's trusted advisor on all things Pexip
• Identify areas for growth or repair and work with customers to execute necessary tasks
• Work with various organizational roles from executives to end user support staff
• Balance sensitivity for customer needs to help all involved parties succeed
• Serve as the first line of escalation for the customer and help structure paths to resolution
• Conduct regular health checks on customer architectures
• Work with the product team to identify, scope, and prioritize necessary features
