About the role
- Manage, maintain and improve security monitoring systems
- Lead security incidents throughout the lifecycle, from detection to resolution
- Organize training, simulation exercises and external testing of company systems
- Enhance cloud security practices and support implementation of modern authentication and authorization solutions
- Facilitate threat modeling sessions for new products and features
- Help develop clear and practical policies, processes documentation, training content, guidelines and technical advisory
- Promote security awareness across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or IT
- 5 years experience in Cybersecurity or IT security operations or similar
- Hands-on experience with SIEM/logging platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic Stack, Sentinel)
- cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to manage, triage, and drive remediation of issues and vulnerabilities
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automating security tasks and incident response.
