About the role
- You will coordinate and manage the end-to-end administration of our annual background screening process, ensuring completion, compliance and a seamless employee experience.
- Acting as the first point of contact for related queries, you’ll liaise with our external screening provider, track progress, maintain accurate records and escalate any issues as required.
- Alongside this project focus, you’ll support core PX operations including HR systems administration, reporting, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documentation, payroll coordination and performance cycle administration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Administrator or similar role (ideally in HR)
- Strong HRIS and data management capability
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
