About the role
- Serve alongside the Director, HR Business Partner as liaison for HR program implementation
- Focus on Leadership Coaching, Partner engagement, Partner Relations, and Performance Management
- Support the retail leadership selection process and implementation of field leader capabilities
- Partner with the field to ensure successful implementation of our Performance Management process
- Help maintain disciplinary action procedures and ensure compliance with laws
- Provide guidance to field and support leaders to resolve partner concerns
- Engage in the talent selection process and champion change initiatives in partnership with HR
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional HR, partner development or leadership coaching experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Must possess a very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Workday HRIS experience a plus
