About the role
- Build and scale the growth engine and own pipeline creation across markets.
- Lead demand generation strategy and execution across digital, ABM, events, and partner channels.
- Design and run cross-channel campaigns from audience insights through to measurement.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content, personalize at scale, and boost team productivity.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure alignment, shared targets, and predictable pipeline contribution.
- Test and scale new channels and tactics; iterate in a fast-moving market.
- Manage and mentor a small team plus agency/contractor partners and build repeatable programs.
- Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer; collaborate closely with Sales.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading demand generation.
- Understands how to sell to legal teams.
- Proven track record of pipeline creation and revenue impact in enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on operator and strategist—you know how to design the playbook and run the plays.
- Comfortable orchestrating AI + human work, using tools for campaign automation, content, and data enrichment.
- Deep experience in demand gen plus strengths in one or more areas (product marketing, content, brand).
- Strong communicator and collaborator with executive presence.
- Data-driven mindset: skilled in HubSpot, ChatGPT, Clay, and analytics.
