About the role

  • Lead and manage onboarding for law firms joining the platform
  • Build strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT, operations, and legal leadership
  • Configure law firm setups and ensure accurate, timely data delivery
  • Respond to and resolve inbound support tickets across the Apperio and PERSUIT platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows
  • Work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to resolve issues

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms
  • Experience using tools like Excel for organizing or analyzing data; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus
  • Experience working with external stakeholders or clients, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in legal operations, legal technology, SaaS, or client delivery environments is a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools
