About the role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of GenAI-enabled services and features across product development teams
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality production code for AI-powered personalization and natural-language interfaces
- Evaluate and recommend AI/LLM platforms, tools, and vendors aligned with product goals
- Mentor engineers, lead technical workshops, and evangelize AI adoption best practices
- Partner with Product Management to translate business strategy into technical solutions and influence multiple teams
- Integrate GenAI innovations into product features while ensuring responsible and ethical AI practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, performant, and production-ready AI technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years professional software engineering experience including leadership or tech lead roles
- 3+ years hands-on experience building and delivering AI/ML-powered products with proven GenAI feature launches
- Proficiency in contemporary software engineering practices and distributed architecture patterns
- Strong coding and architectural skills with ability to balance execution and mentoring
- Experience influencing multiple engineering teams in complex SaaS environments
- Knowledge of responsible AI considerations in SaaS contexts
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with Product Management
- Demonstrated passion for mentoring engineers and elevating technical capabilities
- Ability to serve as a cross-team technical influencer while maintaining hands-on development contribution
- Experience translating business vision into executable technical solutions
- Commitment to responsible and ethical AI practices in production environments
