About the role
- Guide clients through wellbeing program planning and execution with best-practice design and flawless implementation
- Manage day-to-day account activities and take ownership of retention, growth, and onboarding for client portfolio
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities supporting Expansion, Strategic Accounts, and Sales teams
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and influencers; communicate product roadmaps
- Design and execute tailored engagement plans and collaborate with Client Delivery Team on operational processes
- Conduct client reviews, analyze performance data, and develop strategic action plans aligned with client objectives
- Partner with Project Management Team for new client implementations and develop year-round client program plans
- Coordinate internal teams including Client Delivery, Client Solutions, and Business Analysts for seamless execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
- 3+ years direct account management work with primary accountability for overall account relationships
- Background in consulting, wellness, health insurance, healthcare, navigation, and/or related field
- Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight (Gainsight preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation with demonstrated ability to collaborate
- Collaborative, fast-moving approach with comfort with change
- Self-directed with proven ability to work independently while serving as trusted advisor to clients
