About the role
- Design, build, and maintain incentive compensation models for Sales and Post-Sales teams
- Own recurring compensation review cycles end-to-end
- Coordinate with our external compensation consultant
- Serve as the go-to for inbound compensation questions from the field
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive compensation data.
- An innate interest in the 'Personerd' side of things.
