About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain incentive compensation models for Sales and Post-Sales teams
  • Own recurring compensation review cycles end-to-end
  • Coordinate with our external compensation consultant
  • Serve as the go-to for inbound compensation questions from the field

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive compensation data.
  • An innate interest in the 'Personerd' side of things.
