Full-stack Engineer

• Own and evolve the core systems that enable Persona engineers to build, test, and deploy software, shaping how work moves from code to our customers.
• Build and scale developer tooling, CI, and deployment infrastructure that reduces friction, increases reliability, and helps teams move with confidence.
• Act as a force multiplier for engineering teams by removing bottlenecks, standardizing best practices, and improving the day-to-day developer experience across the company.
• Drive improvements in engineering velocity and system health using instrumentation, data, and automation to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security partners to embed safety, reliability, and scalability into everyday development practices.

Software Engineer, Internal Velocity

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close using a consultative, customer-first approach
• Drive net-new customer acquisition and build pipeline across a defined territory or segment
• Partner closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to design and position tailored solutions
• Deliver compelling presentations that simplify technical and contractual concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Develop and execute account and territory strategies that support revenue growth and predictability
• Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and clearly communicate deal health, risks, and next steps
• Build deep product, market, and competitive expertise to advise customers effectively
• Contribute to the evolution of Persona’s go-to-market motion by piloting and scaling sales best practices

Solutions Engineer

• Be the technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers - advising on architecture, implementation, and optimization of Persona’s products.
• Own end-to-end delivery for technical solutions from discovery and design to deployment, QA, and post-launch success.
• Partner closely with your account team to retain and expand your customer portfolio, helping your customers build their identity operations and ensuring they are wildly successful in achieving their business outcomes.
• Advise customers strategically, helping them solve complex business challenges through creative technical solutions.
• Partner with Product to relay insights from the field that inform roadmap priorities and feature design.
• Develop scalable assets such as internal tools, documentation, automations, and playbooks that improve team efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Drive repeatability by codifying learnings into reusable processes that elevate the entire Solutions organization.

Backend Engineer

• Own the systems used to encrypt our customers’ data.
• Refine the authentication and authorization components in our product, used by our customers to access their accounts every day.
• Design, build, and maintain flexible and reusable security libraries for other engineering teams at Persona to use.
• Propose, build, and ship new security features in our product.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for the Security Team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product teams to understand, manage, and mitigate the security risks associated with their work, while supporting their ability to ship quickly
• Build tools and processes for automating product security controls and monitoring at scale
• Support product security initiatives across our fast-growing engineering team

Senior Security Engineer, Product

Senior Software Engineer, Security

• Own the systems used to encrypt our customers’ data.

• Develop, enhance, and implement endpoint detection and response rules and tooling for endpoint devices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our TechOps Team in implementing security best practices for SaaS and endpoint environments and support security initiatives like 2-factor authentication, automated encryption of client devices, DLP, etc.
• Build tools and processes for automating security controls and monitoring at scale
• Support security initiatives across the organization and harden our corporate infrastructure against attack
• Recommend endpoint and SaaS mitigations and controls based on generated telemetry
• Provide recommendations and support for insider threat programs

Senior Security Engineer, Corporate Security

Frontend Engineer

• Design, build, and ship foundational aspects of the identity platform
• Serve as a frontend knowledge leader and champion best practices like reusable component architecture and using the Persona Design System
• Work closely with product managers, designers, customer success managers, and sales and growth collaborators to build great experiences to delight our customers and our customers’ customers
• Partner with fellow engineering teams to deliver on complex initiatives together
• You will work in a solution stack that extends all the way from complex back-end data through web services to highly usable web-based user interfaces
