• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-impact technology, reseller, and referral partners.

Field Engineer

• Partner closely with our Sales and Post-Sales/Deployments team to drive account strategy, onboard and nurture strategic and enterprise accounts and ensure they maximize the value of Persona
• Be the trusted advisor for our customers; develop strong relationships with business and especially technical stakeholders which lead to the expansion of our partnership
• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions, such as design, implementation, quality assurance, and deployment, that apply to novel and existing use cases
• Create documentation for sharing learnings and scaling your solutions and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with our Product and Engineering teams
• Be the voice of the customer, including providing detailed feedback and requirements to our Engineering, Product, and Design teams in order to help inform our product roadmap

Account Executive

• Proactively reach out to prospective partners to discover Federal and State agencies that we can serve
• Own the sales process by leading meetings, building relationships, coordinating Persona resources to deliver solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and closing legal agreements
• Navigate complex organizations and procurement cycles to align with decision makers and build champions within prospects and partners
• Continue to drive value to our partners post-close by owning relationships and helping our partners be successful with our solutions
• Represent Persona in accordance with our corporate values at all times

Account Executive – Public Sector

Manager

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on existing and emerging regulations related to identity verification, data privacy, KYC/AML requirements, and digital identity across global markets
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and policy stakeholders to represent Persona's interests
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to identify potential impacts on Persona's products and operations
• Develop and publish policy positions, white papers, and educational materials that articulate Persona's stance on key regulatory issues
• Work cross-functionally with legal, product, and engineering teams to implement policy decisions and regulatory requirements
• Represent Persona at industry events, regulatory hearings, and policy forums to advocate for balanced approaches to identity verification regulation
