• Own end-to-end procurement for Persona's most significant product, infrastructure technology, and large-scale data partnership contracts
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations for pricing, SLAs, and risk protections
• Partner with Legal on contract review and vendor redlines
• Build and maintain internal vendor tracking systems
• Evaluate vendor pricing, performance, consolidation, and spend optimization opportunities
• Develop annual third-party spend budgets with Finance and track actuals against forecasts
• Provide budget owners visibility into spend trends, renewal timelines, and savings opportunities
• Own the renewal calendar and ensure proactive negotiations and stakeholder alignment
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance leadership on technical requirements and roadmap needs
• Lead vendor business reviews covering deliverables, service levels, and strategic value
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and senior internal stakeholders
