About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close using a consultative, customer-first approach
- Drive net-new customer acquisition and build pipeline across a defined territory or segment
- Partner closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to design and position tailored solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations that simplify technical and contractual concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Develop and execute account and territory strategies that support revenue growth and predictability
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and clearly communicate deal health, risks, and next steps
- Build deep product, market, and competitive expertise to advise customers effectively
- Contribute to the evolution of Persona’s go-to-market motion by piloting and scaling sales best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience carrying a quota in a B2B SaaS sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing the full customer acquisition lifecycle from lead qualification to close
- Strong ability to sell a technical product to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage sales cycles of varying length and complexity
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building relationships and telling customer stories
- Proficiency with modern sales and productivity tools such as SFDC, Apollo, Notion, Slack, and Google
