About the role
- Provide strategic HR leadership to Operations leaders
- Contribute to the development and execution of human capital strategies and programs
- Drive execution of employee relations and retention programs
- Participate in collective bargaining negotiations
Requirements
- Seven to ten years related human resources experience
- Minimum of five years in a lead role in a unionized manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal EQ skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Psychology, or Business required; Master’s degree preferred; professional association certifications (i.e. SHRM) are desirable
