About the role
- Driving the commercial strategy and execution of Branded and Own Label products
- Ownership for defining where to play & how to win by leading the organisation
- Responsible for setting business goals & priorities in annual planning
- Direct responsibility for P&L management on the brands & categories
- Reporting to Cluster and Global leadership teams on initiative performance
- Own the commercial inputs into our Innovation plans
- Enable the performance and nurture the development of Perrigo’s top talent
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in Consumer Goods (FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, etc.)
- Strong commercial experience in Sales, Commercial Strategy, Category Development or RGM
- Proven P&L ownership with track record of achieving targets through collaboration
- Managerial experience with success in coaching & developing talent
- Some travel required (approx. 10-15%)
