About the role

  • As a Senior Key Account Manager, you are responsible for negotiating and developing partnerships with our Ecommerce and Retail customers.
  • You aim to grow various categories and thereby grow the customer’s business, fully aligned with Perrigo’s strategy and objectives.
  • You are responsible for translating the commercial strategy and marketing plans into a strong commercial plan for customers such as Newpharma and Colruyt.
  • You prepare the annual negotiations and conduct the discussions with the various customers in your portfolio.
  • As a Key Account Manager, you build partnerships and think along with the customer about their business: How can you grow categories? Which opportunities exist to realize growth?
  • You are responsible for creating and managing the customer budget.
  • You quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the market, stay up to date on market trends and competitive developments, and ensure appropriate response strategies.
  • You are part of the Commercial department and work closely with colleagues from various teams, including Trade Marketing and Supply.

Requirements

  • You hold a master’s degree.
  • Experience in a Key Account Management role.
  • Initial experience with Food Retail customers and/or knowledge of the pharmaceutical/OTC market is not required but is considered a plus.
  • Yout identify opportunities and know how to translate them into solutions for your customers.
  • You have a win‑win mindset and build long‑term relationships.
  • You enjoy managing multiple projects and can work independently.
  • You are a true team player with a strong customer‑focused approach.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
