About the role
- As a Senior Key Account Manager, you are responsible for negotiating and developing partnerships with our Ecommerce and Retail customers.
- You aim to grow various categories and thereby grow the customer’s business, fully aligned with Perrigo’s strategy and objectives.
- You are responsible for translating the commercial strategy and marketing plans into a strong commercial plan for customers such as Newpharma and Colruyt.
- You prepare the annual negotiations and conduct the discussions with the various customers in your portfolio.
- As a Key Account Manager, you build partnerships and think along with the customer about their business: How can you grow categories? Which opportunities exist to realize growth?
- You are responsible for creating and managing the customer budget.
- You quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the market, stay up to date on market trends and competitive developments, and ensure appropriate response strategies.
- You are part of the Commercial department and work closely with colleagues from various teams, including Trade Marketing and Supply.
Requirements
- You hold a master’s degree.
- Experience in a Key Account Management role.
- Initial experience with Food Retail customers and/or knowledge of the pharmaceutical/OTC market is not required but is considered a plus.
- Yout identify opportunities and know how to translate them into solutions for your customers.
- You have a win‑win mindset and build long‑term relationships.
- You enjoy managing multiple projects and can work independently.
- You are a true team player with a strong customer‑focused approach.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
