Plan, schedule, co-ordinate, lead or participate, and follow up on assigned supplier audits (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements)
Manage audits for contract manufacturers, laboratories, raw materials suppliers, warehouses and transporters
Develop and communicate appropriate audit scope and agenda when acting as audit lead
Prepare for audits, execute audit activities efficiently, and produce timely reporting and follow-up
Analyse audit data and identify departures from GMP
Follow up on audit observations and CAPAs through closure and verification
Participate in project work and continuous improvement initiatives relating to the audit process
Represent Perrigo when interacting with external suppliers and contract manufacturers
Independently manage and prioritise tasks and deadlines with management support available
Requirements
5+ years Quality experience within the Pharmaceutical industry
Some experience specifically within Supplier Auditing
Knowledge of relevant legislations
IRCA certified or similar is highly desired
3rd level education (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS Office and preferably Trackwise
Ability to work independently while consulting with others as appropriate
Flexible for frequent international travel
Ability to analyse audit data and identify departures from GMP
