Create and update training materials, presentations, and other resources.
Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness and track progress.
Work on cross-functional training and development initiatives.
Assist with training coordination, scheduling, and communication.
Requirements
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in industrial psychology, communication, organizational leadership, or learning technology.
Strong enthusiasm for any of the following facets of adult learning: such as analyzing organizational behavior, conducting training and development, overseeing change management, and/or enhancing organizational development.
Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Interest in multi-media tools to assist with training delivery.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing tight timelines, and prioritizing tasks.
Demonstrate outstanding judgment, follow-through, diligence, and personal accountability.
Ability to take initiative and produce outstanding deliverables.
