About the role

  • Become an expert in SafeSend Returns (SSR) and SurePrep.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Prepare product quotes and pricing details.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in software solutions for businesses.
  • A high school diploma (required); college degree (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively in small team environments.
  • Familiarity with professional tax preparation and accounting firm environments (preferred).
