About the role
- Become an expert in SafeSend Returns (SSR) and SurePrep.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing.
- Generate leads through multiple channels.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prepare product quotes and pricing details.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in software solutions for businesses.
- A high school diploma (required); college degree (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively in small team environments.
- Familiarity with professional tax preparation and accounting firm environments (preferred).
