About the role
- Develop targeted RGM strategies across all five pillars (price, mix, ppa, promo, trade terms)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RGM principles into category plans, innovation pipelines, and customer engagement strategies
- Build and implement frameworks, tools, and KPIs
- Support deployment and implementation of analytics solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance
- CPG experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex financial models
- History of cross-functional collaboration to address and solve complex commercial and business challenges
- Understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats
