Requirements
- 8-10 years in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance
- CPG experience preferred
- Proven expertise in RGM strategy development
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of data analytics and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats
- Proficiency in RGM principles and levers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
