Build relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand Aledade’s network in key markets
Recruit practices to participate in government and commercial value-based care contracts using Aledade’s expertise, support, technology and analytics
Engage with prospective practices consultatively to evaluate fit and secure commitment, supporting market planning and strategic deals
Extend and negotiate participation agreements (contracts) using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign and capture documentation in Salesforce
Coordinate with field teams to generate referrals and leverage reference sites and Aledade experts to support network development
Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned accounts, working with Growth Development Representatives to build pipeline
Be accountable for achieving annual growth targets within assigned regions or markets
Provide mentorship and coaching to Network Development Leads and other Growth/Field team members, leading initiatives for improved team performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
12+ years of experience within the healthcare industry ideally focused on population health management/value-based care/accountable care for provider organizations OR knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care and population health management
Willingness to travel up to 50-75% (job lists travel up to 100% in Physical Requirements)
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io), sales enablement platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience extending and negotiating participation agreements using tools like Conga and DocuSign
Expertise in developing and documenting workflows, processes and best practices
Ability to leverage data to inform decisions, set goals, and evaluate success
Knowledge of/past experience with Community Health Centers, Primary Care Associations, and HCCNs (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills
Ability to mentor and coach junior colleagues
Ability to forge relationships across organizations and build consensus amid competing priorities
Meticulous, highly-organized, and able to juggle several complex priorities
Ability to lift 50 lbs (physical requirement)
