About the role
- Identify and target potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Close new business to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
- Partner with customer support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance offerings based on client insights.
- Track sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Report on sales performance and forecast revenue trends.
- Leverage data to refine sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
