Support Commercial Operation Director with reporting, data collection and consolidated feedback to coordinate divisional meetings and communication touchpoints
Partner with Division Commercial leaders to help operationalize commercial strategy by developing and communicating clear planning guidance and performance reporting
Track and report key sales KPIs and collaborate with Commercial Finance and Performance Management
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on divisional forecasting (volume/value)
Support rollout of national initiatives within the division
Act as a culture carrier by supporting a collaborative and high-accountability environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5–7 years in commercial operations, sales support, or business analysis roles, preferably in consumer goods or beverage industry
Advanced/Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerBI systems
Strong data analysis skills and experience using reporting tools and dashboards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced project management and coordination skills
Familiarity with commercial planning and sales operations processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
