About the role
- Support Commercial Operation Director with reporting, data collection and consolidated feedback to coordinate divisional meetings and communication touchpoints
- Partner with Division Commercial leaders to help operationalize commercial strategy by developing and communicating clear planning guidance and performance reporting
- Track and report key sales KPIs and collaborate with Commercial Finance and Performance Management
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on divisional forecasting (volume/value)
- Support rollout of national initiatives within the division
- Act as a culture carrier by supporting a collaborative and high-accountability environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years in commercial operations, sales support, or business analysis roles, preferably in consumer goods or beverage industry
- Advanced/Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerBI systems
- Strong data analysis skills and experience using reporting tools and dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced project management and coordination skills
- Familiarity with commercial planning and sales operations processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
