About the role
- Lead the charge in driving performance across our portfolio, working closely with distributor partners and internal teams.
- Shape market strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and innovation.
- Drive execution of PRUSA portfolio plans across all brands and channels.
- Serve as the primary contact for distributor communication and relationship management at the state level.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through dashboards and analytics, and enforce service standards and compliance.
- Own state-level demand planning and pricing execution, manage state-level budgets and forecasting processes.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and performance across direct and indirect teams.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in wine, spirits, or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to drive strategy, manage distributor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience using digital tools and data to inform business decisions.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
