About the role
- Own product implementation for newly signed publisher and broadcaster clients through technical onboarding and customer collaboration
- Closely manage and build relationships with a list of dedicated accounts
- Handle customer questions and requests via Zendesk ticketing system
- Lead internal escalations from other members of the organisation
- Provide feedback and customer needs to Product and Engineering teams
- Join company and team get-togethers to meet, plan, and work together in person
- Converse on calls with customers to discuss problems, solutions, and gather technical requirements
- Develop custom solutions on top of the Permutive infrastructure to solve client, business, and team efficiency needs
- Travel to meet with customers as needed to support Client Partners and business needs
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (preferably TypeScript) and Web Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams
- Thoughtful, curious, and problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience using a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk)
- Familiarity or experience running SQL queries
- Located in a commutable distance to New York (role requires in-person collaboration in New York office at least 2 days per week)
