About the role

  • Ensure all contract and customer pricing components are entered and updated in the accounting system consistently and accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries during operational hours
  • Collaborate on group projects with employees in other departments
  • Assist with ensuring that invoices and credit memos are generated accurately
  • Communicate errors back to the invoicing, data entry, sales or management teams for corrections as necessary
  • Maintain positive relationships with sales agents and company management through email and phone correspondence
