About the role
- Ensure all contract and customer pricing components are entered and updated in the accounting system consistently and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries during operational hours
- Collaborate on group projects with employees in other departments
- Assist with ensuring that invoices and credit memos are generated accurately
- Communicate errors back to the invoicing, data entry, sales or management teams for corrections as necessary
- Maintain positive relationships with sales agents and company management through email and phone correspondence
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of direct or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Microsoft Excel
