About the role
- Establish and grow great relationships with existing dealership partners
- Make frequent dealership visits to strengthen PermaPlate’s relationship with dealership partners
- Train dealership personnel on sales/F&I processes and products in both individual and group settings
- Assist in providing best practice training and product support to dealership F&I teams
- Assist in solving dealership issues
- Ensure dealership partners have the appropriate level of products and marketing material to meet their sales needs
- Consistently fill pipeline with new opportunities to expand PermaPlate product offerings
- Effectively expand PermaPlate products & solutions into new dealerships
- Work with Regional Director to ensure dealerships are operating at optimal performance levels
- Maintain top performing stores and correct those underperforming
- Support the Regional Director in completing all PermaPlate reporting requirements
- Expand PermaPlate products into new dealerships
Requirements
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Persistent and resilient- you handle objections and rejections well
- Executive presence – exhibits comfort, curiosity, and poise when engaging with any level of leadership.
- Versatility in tailoring communication to diverse audiences with emotional intelligence.
- Capacity to shape outcomes through non-authoritative means
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Must be well organized and possess strong time management skills
- Expert negotiator who can wield influence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of automotive retail experience (Preferred)
- 2 years of F&I experience (Preferred)
- 3 years Automotive F&I
- 5 years direct lending in Automotive
