About the role
- Serve as a strategic intelligence partner.
- Conduct in-depth research on priority clients and competitors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Anticipate intelligence needs and develop forward-looking views.
- Design and manage research agendas.
- Partner closely with business development and marketing teams.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
- Measure the business impact of intelligence efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, international relations, library/information science, marketing, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in competitive or market intelligence, research, or strategic analysis.
- Strong skills in secondary research and data analysis.
- Proven ability to distinguish between interesting information and decision-critical intelligence.
- Experience using research tools like LexisNexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, PitchBook, Capital IQ, and Mergermarket.
- Comfort with data visualization or business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
