About the role

  • Responsible for the technical performance of projects and business development expansion of services at partner accounts
  • Identify, train, develop, coach, and mentor technical teams
  • Client relationship management and act as client liaison during service engagements
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain/grow client relationships
  • Identify additional opportunities to provide new and added services
  • Keep abreast of market and technology trends through industry groups
  • Participate in and lead technical sessions
  • Develop creative and innovative solutions to engineering challenges
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline (OR a combination of equivalent work experience in clean utilities engineering, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience)
  • 4-6+ years of managing high-performing teams
  • 4+ years business development, lead generation, or sales experience
  • A minimum of 10+ years of Project Engineer, Project Management, Consulting, and/or relevant industry experience
  • Full-time on-site client presence
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% or as required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
