About the role
- Responsible for the technical performance of projects and business development expansion of services at partner accounts
- Identify, train, develop, coach, and mentor technical teams
- Client relationship management and act as client liaison during service engagements
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain/grow client relationships
- Identify additional opportunities to provide new and added services
- Keep abreast of market and technology trends through industry groups
- Participate in and lead technical sessions
- Develop creative and innovative solutions to engineering challenges
- Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline (OR a combination of equivalent work experience in clean utilities engineering, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience)
- 4-6+ years of managing high-performing teams
- 4+ years business development, lead generation, or sales experience
- A minimum of 10+ years of Project Engineer, Project Management, Consulting, and/or relevant industry experience
- Full-time on-site client presence
- Willingness to travel up to 100% or as required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
