• Lead Technical Transformation: Identify and drive technical initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and reliability across our engineering organization
• Mentor and Coach: Act as a technical mentor and coach for engineering leaders and senior individual contributors
• Define and Evangelize Best Practices: Establish and promote engineering best practices, standards, and processes
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership and product management to align technical strategy with business goals
• Work fully remote within a diverse, global team of open-source database experts
