Technical Account Manager

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across assigned Global System Integrators (e.g., TCS, Infosys, HCL, IBM India) and strategic enterprise customers.
• Act as a local point of contact and relationship bridge, ensuring customers and partners feel heard, supported, and aligned with Percona.
• Drive a high level of responsiveness and engagement aligned to customer time zones and expectations.
• Coordinate and communicate the status of support tickets and consulting activities, ensuring stakeholders receive clear, regular updates.
• Host operational review calls to summarize progress, highlight risks, and provide guidance.
• Track escalations and ensure visibility internally, while reinforcing proper support processes and SLAs.
• Deliver or coordinate technical onboarding, training sessions, and best practice workshops for partners and customers.
• Help reduce recurring issues by promoting proactive adoption of Percona best practices and architectures.
• Serve as a technical sounding board for partner architects and customer teams.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Consulting, and Product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and priorities.
• Provide structured feedback on customer sentiment, recurring issues, and product gaps.
• Support joint initiatives with GSIs, including enablement programs and strategic account alignment.
• Monitor support activity across assigned accounts to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide structured reporting on customer health, escalations, and engagement effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Percona’s partner engagement model.

• authoring new blog posts on interesting topics for our open-source community to digest
• answering questions on our forum
• creating new articles in our customer-facing knowledge base for more frequently seen issues
• hosting webinars amongst other things

PostgreSQL Database Support Engineer – EMEA

• Develop and maintain customer relationships with primary customer contacts at Percona’s largest, most complex customers.
• Coordinate overall status on support tickets and consulting projects to ensure updates are communicated back to the customer on a regular cadence.
• Coordinate with the Consulting Operations team on new projects for top customers, ensure correct resources are assigned and timelines are adhered to.
• Work daily internally and externally to ensure the technical goals of your assigned customers are met, co-owning their technical success with the extended Global Services organization.
• Provide an escalation point for customers for support and consulting projects.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to the Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Guarantee the technical aspects of the customer implementation by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
• Ensure customer specific technical documentation is created and maintained for use by the Percona Technical Delivery teams.
• Improve product feature offerings by providing feedback from partners and customers to internal teams.

Enterprise Sales Manager

QA Engineer

• Building quality into the product in the first place for the Kubernetes Operators for relational and NoSQL databases
• Evaluate and improve Percona Operator products and new features based on test plans, discovering product issues & bugs
• Contribute to the DevOps and release management lifecycle, which includes coordinating, testing, and managing Operator releases
• Collaborate with engineers and teams across the company to help deploy and debug Kubernetes Operators to facilitate rapid integration and massive growth
• Research and recommend tools, behaviors, and strategies for improving test and release processes
• Actively participate in architecture/design collaboration and prevent Developers from faulty architecture decisions before code is written

Quality Engineer – EMEA, APAC, South America

Engineer

• responsible for the high-quality technical execution of Percona’s Redis/Valkey product and service capabilities
• Deliver professional services/consulting engagements for strategic or complex projects
• Contribute to software in Valkey and related/supporting open source projects
• Identify ways to enhance, improve, or add to customers use of Redis or Valkey
• Actively seek collaboration between organizations to build mutually beneficial open source projects
• Acts as a technical escalation point for Global Services - takes ownership of complex/escalated Support tickets and owns them through to resolution
• Supports and assists in the continual improvement of Percona’s quality of Support/Service delivery by participating in ticket reviews/spot checks to identify opportunities for improvement related to newly introduced Redis/Valkey ecosystem software
• Provides feedback and guidance on Percona’s Valkey - and broader, where appropriate - software product strategy - contributing to functional specifications for product enhancements, changes, or new software products as applicable
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
• Supporting the Percona Go To Market teams on strategic, Valkey related opportunities
• Talking at strategically identified conferences throughout the year
• Leads/Builds/Participates in a collaborative community of Redis/Valkey experts within Percona
• Support the creation of technical content for the community and Percona subscribers to consume. Blogs, Whitepapers, KnowledgeBase articles, webinars, and conference talks are all media types that may be used
• Your hours will be flexible between America and European timezone as required
