• Serve as first responder to all customer requests via phone and email; assess needs and connect to internal resources

• Maintain frequent and consistent status reviews and follow-ups with internal and customer contacts
• Act as first level of escalation for customer complaints and drive swift resolutions
• Take full ownership of scheduling requirements for assigned Professional Services engagements, set up new projects, and assign consultants

DBA Manager

Backend Engineer

• Support customers and diagnose complex database issues for MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and other open source databases
• Team with senior engineers to improve skills and handle large MySQL deployments
• Work on performance tuning, backups, HA solutions, monitoring, and zero-downtime procedures
• Participate in on-call team schedule and travel to company events, conferences, or customer visits
• Provide support across on-premises and cloud environments and help customers improve database infrastructures

MySQL Database Engineer

• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline health, win/loss rates, ARR/ACV, and renewal metrics
• Perform data pulls and analyses to identify trends, forecast revenue, and surface insights for GTM leadership
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on quota attainment, funnel metrics, and pipeline coverage
• Support Salesforce CRM reporting, dashboards, and data validation while ensuring strong data hygiene
• Help manage integrations with HubSpot, Groove, Clari, and other GTM tools
