• Responsible for construction project management: You coordinate and supervise all project phases from planning through completion to ensure quality, costs and schedules are met
• Multi-project management: You manage several construction projects simultaneously, set priorities, plan resources efficiently, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Role as owner’s representative: You represent the company’s interests and ensure that all project decisions align with the company’s objectives and financial guidelines
• Project control and budget management: You are responsible for calculating and controlling project costs, monitoring ongoing expenditures, and ensuring the project remains within the defined budget
• Handling additional costs and delays: You develop solutions and communicate proactively when unforeseen additional costs or delays occur, and implement measures to minimize these risks.
