Requirements
- A degree or vocational qualification in construction/civil engineering — or an equivalent qualification
- Some practical experience in construction project management or in the real estate industry
- Comfortable working with digital tools and IT systems
- Structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
- Very good German and English skills
