About the role
- Responsible for construction project management: You coordinate and supervise all project phases from planning through completion to ensure quality, costs and schedules are met
- Multi-project management: You manage several construction projects simultaneously, set priorities, plan resources efficiently, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Role as owner’s representative: You represent the company’s interests and ensure that all project decisions align with the company’s objectives and financial guidelines
- Project control and budget management: You are responsible for calculating and controlling project costs, monitoring ongoing expenditures, and ensuring the project remains within the defined budget
- Handling additional costs and delays: You develop solutions and communicate proactively when unforeseen additional costs or delays occur, and implement measures to minimize these risks.
Requirements
- A completed degree or vocational training in civil engineering — or an equivalent qualification that prepares you for challenging construction projects
- Initial practical experience in construction project management or the real estate sector, so you know what matters
- Enjoyment of working with digital tools and IT systems that help you manage projects efficiently
- A structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious way of working that reliably drives projects forward
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness to keep all stakeholders on track
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25%), as you will also be active on site
- Very good German and English skills, allowing you to operate confidently in an international environment.
