Responsible for construction project management: You coordinate and supervise all project phases from planning through completion to ensure quality, costs and schedules are met
Multi-project management: You manage several construction projects simultaneously, set priorities, plan resources efficiently, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Role as owner’s representative: You represent the company’s interests and ensure that all project decisions align with the company’s objectives and financial guidelines
Project control and budget management: You are responsible for calculating and controlling project costs, monitoring ongoing expenditures, and ensuring the project remains within the defined budget
Handling additional costs and delays: You develop solutions and communicate proactively when unforeseen additional costs or delays occur, and implement measures to minimize these risks.
Requirements
A completed degree or vocational training in civil engineering — or an equivalent qualification that prepares you for challenging construction projects
Initial practical experience in construction project management or the real estate sector, so you know what matters
Enjoyment of working with digital tools and IT systems that help you manage projects efficiently
A structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious way of working that reliably drives projects forward
Strong communication skills and assertiveness to keep all stakeholders on track
Willingness to travel (approx. 25%), as you will also be active on site
Very good German and English skills, allowing you to operate confidently in an international environment.
