Auditor

• Perform financial statement audits, Single Audits, and other related services for nonprofit and governmental entities.
• Prepare working papers and manage audits for nonprofit and/or governmental entities.
• Prepare nonprofit and/or governmental financial statements.
• Manage audits from start to finish.
• Work within a team environment to perform a prominent level of service for our clients.
• Travel required for annual team meeting at the expense of the company.

• Leading the finance and accounting team for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, the Atlanta Jewish Foundation, and a Community Health and Welfare Trust
• Developing a cohesive, high-performance team that provides stellar service to our internal and external customers
• Ensuring strong fiscal oversight and financial storytelling to support strategic business decision making across the organization
• Executing short-term and long-term strategic plans to meet the organization's objectives
• Building strategy to ensure a positive work environment and a culture of engagement and growth for all team members
• Coaching and developing the Finance team members to achieve goals
• Ensuring accurate financial records for multiple entities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and performing enterprise-level tax preparation
• Providing leadership to ensure the department operations are lean, efficient, effective, and systematic
• Demonstrating accountability for finance team results

Director of Finance

Growth Marketing

• Executing plans to support growth of new chapters and identifying opportunities for new chapters as well as plans to support recruitment efforts for existing chapters.
• Identifying potential obstacles to existing plans and develops solutions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participating as a member of project teams and strategic volunteer groups to collaborate with volunteer leaders to achieve objectives;
• Other duties as assigned.

Communications

• Leading, coaching and developing members of the communications and shared services teams;
• Developing and executing the communication plan for internal and external stakeholders;
• Managing the external partner program to develop new relationships and ensure the appropriate execution of existing partnership agreements;
• Ensuring the effective and efficient execution of day to day operations through the team leader of the administrative team;
• Implementing communication plans and strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment for team members;
