• Writing proposals and following up with clients to ensure conversion
• Networking in the community to generate new leads through referrals and strategic partners

• Ensuring contract renewals and client satisfaction through monthly and quarterly client meetings
• Tracking and updating the CRM

• Prospecting and relationship building

• Keeping CRM updated with activity and client information
• Bidding and preparing proposals for projects including CAD layouts
• Developing long-lasting customer relationships

Sales and Design Associate

• Prospecting, relationship building and business partner enhancements including but not limited to: Networking, including out of state events, lunch and learns, coffees, lunches and office visits
• Keeping our CRM updated with activity, leads and client information
• Bidding and putting proposals together for projects including CAD/project layouts and designs including new project site visits
• Developing long-lasting customer relationships
