About the role
- Lead full-cycle technical searches across Engineering and adjacent functions for clients
- Partner with founders and VP-level leaders to qualify roles and align on hiring criteria
- Conduct deep talent mapping and competitive analysis
- Create innovative sourcing strategies for diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
- Screen and evaluate senior+ technical talent
- Track pipeline health and communicate clearly with clients
- Collaborate with Technical Sourcers to align on strategy
Requirements
- Experience in technical recruiting inside product-led or SaaS companies
- Own senior and staff+ searches end-to-end
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable in an ATS (Ashby experience a plus, but not required)
- Familiar with AI and new tooling that sharpens workflow
